Delivery Policy
Tailoring App is an online software service. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery times.
How you get the service
- Free plan: available the moment you create a workspace at app.tailoringapp.com.
- Paid plans: activated automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within a minute. You will see your plan under Setup, Billing.
- Mobile apps: sign in to the Tailoring App on iOS or Android with the same account. Where an app is not yet in a store, use the web app in your phone's browser.
If your plan does not activate
If payment succeeded but your plan has not changed after 30 minutes, email vatsal@bulu.in with your shop name and the payment reference. We activate the plan or refund the payment, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
