How to use this form

  • Write the style first. Straight, A-line, anarkali or kalidar for the top, and which bottom. The style decides which measurements matter.
  • For a churidar or pant, take the bottom measurements standing, then take crotch depth with the customer seated on a flat chair.
  • Leave a row blank if the style does not need it. Apex measurements are only for a fitted kurti with darts, and the flare only for an anarkali, A-line or kalidar.
  • Your shop name and phone are saved on this device for the next form and for the bill maker.

The salwar kameez measurement chart explains how to take each measurement, how much ease to add for each fit, how much fabric to ask for, and what to check when a suit does not fit at the trial.
